Welcome to the Office of Institutional Success and Decision Support (OISDS). The office was formed in October 2022, as an integrated institutional effectiveness unit that provides the following services:

  • Data Analytics and Technology Tools
  • Data Governance
  • Policy & Accreditation
  • Assessment & Evaluation

OISDS’ work supports institutional success by providing services to students, faculty, staff and administrators for faculty success, student success and decision support. Led by Dr. Courtney Brecheen, Associate Vice President for institutional success and decision support, OISDS reports to the Vice President and Chief of Staff and maintains a dotted-line reporting relationship to the Vice President for Academic Affairs and Provost to ensure that Academic Affairs remains fully engaged and supported.
