Data Dashboards

The Office of Institutional Success and Decision Support has dashboards with current data on Application Trends, Preliminary Enrollment Trends, Student Enrollment Trends, Student Demographics Trends, Graduation and Retention Trends, and Staff Demographics.

Application Trends

Dashboard captures current application, admission, and enrollment counts by demographic characteristics and intended degree field; comparison dates are relative to a term’s Census Day.

Data for Fall 2024 will be available once the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board (THECB) acknowledges our final data submission (mid- to late-November).

Graduation and Retention Trends

Dashboard captures student retention and graduation outcomes for new Fall undergraduates (First Time in College - FTIC, Transfer) and new graduate students in their first term in their academic program (Master’s, Doctoral); cohorts are identified as new students enrolled as of their first Fall Census Day.
