Enrollment: Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board (THECB) Student Census and Census Student Schedule reports (CBM001/CBM0C1/CBM0CS), with additional data from the student information system (Orion).
Faculty Profile: Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board (THECB) end of term Faculty Report (CBM008). Includes tenured/tenure-track faculty as well as non-tenure track instructors of record.
Semester Credit Hours:
- Course Load by Classification: Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board (THECB) Student Census and Census Student Schedule reports (CBM001/CBM0C1/CBM0CS), with additional data from the student information system (Orion).
- School Subject and Student Level: Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board (THECB) Class Report (CBM004; legacy report) with additional data from the student information system (Orion). Courses that begin after Census Day in the Fall and Spring semester are captured with the subsequent semester.
