CRM Project Phase 1 Information

In Phase 1, Attain Partners will work with the CRM Implementation Executive Committee and project teams to understand current state processes, pain points and future must-haves to inform final requirements.

Phase 1 launched on April 15, 2024.

CRM Project Phase 0 Information
Phase 0: Requirements Gathering & CRM Vendor/Implementation Partner Selection Status: Complete

From August 2023 to April 2024, the University of Texas at Dallas partnered with Kennedy & Co. on the University’s enterprise-wide CRM selection to identify CRM requirements and priorities, create a university-wide technological roadmap, and finalize an RFP for CRM vendor and implementation partner selection. This collaboration began with Kennedy & Co.'s response to an RFP issued by UT Dallas and was followed by extensive requirements gathering and RFP development for the subsequent vendor proposal process. After successful completion of the RFP process in March 2024, UT Dallas selected Attain Partners as the implementation partner for a Salesforce CRM solution. As UT Dallas began the implementation process with the selected technology and implementation vendors, Kennedy & Co. concluded their engagement in the CRM selection process.
