Campus-wide Project Updates
Join the CRM Project Leadership Team for a university-wide Salesforce Education Cloud and Marketing implementation update on April 29 from 2-3 p.m. on Microsoft Teams. Don’t forget to mark this important event on your calendar and join the meeting using this meeting link. We’ll share some exciting updates about the upcoming launch of the recruitment and admissions functionality, including the new graduate admissions application. We’ll also talk about how Salesforce Education Cloud will help students succeed after they’re admitted to the university. This update is open to any faculty and staff member who like to learn more about Project Europa. Key Project Updates
February 2025 Updates
The CRM Project Europa Team completed user acceptance testing for Recruitment and Admissions functionality of Salesforce Education Cloud and has begun data validation. The project team also began the initial phases of the Student Success build which will focus on activities that support students post-admissions. January 2025 Updates
The CRM Project Europa Team has begun user testing for the Recruitment and Admissions functionality of Salesforce Education Cloud and is continuing to solidify the data integration and migration plans. There are also preparations underway to begin the Marketing Cloud and Student Success portions of the implementation. Learn more about these and other developments in the January 2025 key updates.
October 2024 Updates
The CRM Project Europa Team been continued work on building the undergraduate and graduate admissions functionality through a series of sprint sessions led by Attain Partners. These sessions included faculty and staff from across academic and administrative units. In addition, there was significant progress on data and security related issues related to the implementation. September 2024 Updates
The CRM Project Europa Team made significant progress in September 2024 across all of the project teams including determining a Go-Live timeline, progress on the undergraduate admissions application and review process, solidifying data integration and migration plans, and conducting project onboarding sessions for new team members. August 2024 Updates
The CRM Core Team has approved the work completed in Sprint #2 by Attain and the sprint team, focused on the undergraduate application, as well as a high-level Project Europa Go Live Schedule. Additionally, onboarding sessions for the next wave of project team members who will be joining the sprint team have commenced, ensuring a smooth transition into their roles. To streamline communication, we have also established the Project Europa inbox (europa@utdallas.edu) for all project- and CRM-related questions.
