Recruitment & Admissions: Faculty and staff involved in admissions application processing and reviews may attend virtual Instructor-Led Training Session beginning in April 2025. Faculty who serves on admissions committees will receive training beginning in fall 2025. The schedule for this training is available here. Student Success: Training for the post-admissions student success functionality will be conducted in summer 2025. Stay tuned for more details.

The CRM Team has developed job aids for faculty and staff users of Salesforce Education Cloud and Marketing Cloud. The job aids are arranged below by user functionality.
